Shabbat & Holidays

"More than the Jewish people have kept the Sabbath, the Sabbath has kept them." - Ahad Ha'am

Shabbat and holiday observance is at the heart of what we do at Hebrew Congregation. Every week we gather at 9 am for our spirited Shabbat morning service, followed by a warm and welcoming kiddush luncheon. On the final Friday of the month we also meet at 7:30 pm for a rousing Kabbalat Shabbat service as we welcome the Sabbath Bride. We celebrate all of the Jewish holidays, usually on the morning of the holiday at 9 am.

We hope you can join us this coming Shabbat. For more details about our calendar of services, click here.
